Like I said in part one of my San Francisco travels, the two of us basically spent 24 hours walking the city. A skirt didn’t feel quite right for adventuring, denim was too hot, and I happily left the shorts behind that I live in at home because finally I was going somewhere below 80 degrees. I also bought this crop top, but it’s really too crop, so I had limited options for high-waisted bottoms. Thus these old printed pants came out of hibernation. I am not crazy for the fit. And the way the elastic fits is just a bit much for me. But, for wandering around the city streets: this was just right.
Bougainvillea with its back against pastel buildings was quickly a favorite subject.
Wouldn’t all the buildings be so much prettier without cars messing up the frame?
Somehow I ended up with a few fake-ish smiles in these pictures. Perhaps it’s because Kevin suggested I tone it down a bit (I was essentially skipping around the streets so I’ll give him that). Consider this toned down! I’m really happy to be ending the week with such fun photos. Today on The Blog Market we also have a new desktop freebie + resources on creativity, so I am trying my bestest to keep up the good vibes (despite a daunting to-do and little sleep). What are your weekend plans?
PS: You may (or perhaps not) have noticed that I changed my categories at the top. There’s still a few tweaks to be made but I’m hoping it makes it easier to find what you’re looking for on a blog with a multitude of topics.

Love this outfit! Those pants should stay out of hibernation 😉
