i think it’s taken me until this year to be fully aware of how spring envelops los angeles.
yes, it’s forever sunny and warm, but the flora really pops this time of year. pastel succulents, purple jacaranda, rhododendron trees you never realized were there.
and the bougainvillea gets wild.
