They may be a little dry, but these are the light of my little deck. It’s been in the 80s and 90s since who knows, so I can’t see planting anything else. I have a routine of working from my small patio set when the sun isn’t directly on it, and moving to my new workspace when it is. Gotta do something when you work from your own house everyday! With that and trying to go work from a cafe or some place new every week, I try to keep myself from going crazy in this little apartment. I know I shouldn’t complain, but I’ll sure be happy when it’s cooled off a little in the fall! Meanwhile, I’ll just take to Craigslist every now and then juuuust in case a beachfront apartment opens up in my price range. One day…
Do you ever work from home? Tips appreciated!

My work from home tips are this. 1) have good music. 2)turn off your phone 3) make a list of the top 5 most important things you have to finish today and do one at a time until it’s done. 4)take an actual break away from your work for lunch.

This is great. I’ve been trying #3 for a few days since I saw your comment, and it’s really been helping! Over the weekend I wrote 5 things I really needed to accomplish (even though I felt like there were 50 things!) and was actually really productive! So thanks! 🙂

Love succulents. And it’s nice to hear you have a routine when you’re working from home. I don’t work from home but I suggest maybe going for a walk? Walks are the best and if you have a pet perfect reason to spend some time with your pet. xo

I go for walks several times during the week and you’re right they are the best. I feel really antsy if I don’t get out, so my goal is always to leave for a bit daily.

I do well with vegetables and flowers, succulents on the other hand I kill. Craziness I know, but apparently they are not my thing.
